All goods will be supplied at the company's current and applicable prices as at the date on which they were ordered.
Any item purchased from Posh&Pans are inclusive of vat. This is a UK registered company and we have no legal obligation to supply items with zero vat. All queries relating to VAT should be made to the HM Customs on 0845 010 9000.
Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Posh & Pans shall remain the property of Posh & Pans until paid for in full.

Posh & Pans will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 2 working days of receipt of payment. All goods will be dispatched in suitable packaging and sent by a suitable courier. All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order. If goods are not in stock, or if there is a delay then the customer will be notified by email or phone . It is advisable to use your work address as the postal address, as couriers ask for a signature. If no one is at home, the parcel will not be left.
Items are carefully packed and posted to an address of your choice. This address can be the billing address or an alternative address such as work or a friend. Delivery does not include Saturday, Sunday, or bank holidays. For special delivery or named days please phone to discuss and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

We want to ensure that you are perfectly satisfied with your purchase, occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, by law customers in the EU have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the item is delivered. In the rare event of the item being delivered damaged please contact Posh & Pans on 028 867 61100 Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product unless the item has been delivered in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
As soon as we receive a cancel order, a refund will be given . if the goods are damaged when delivered, once inspected by us or when returned to us, a refund will be given.
By law we cannot sell knives to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID maybe requested when ordering or purchasing these products. By placing an order for these products , you are confirming that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is truthful and correct.
